We are a small farming family and we had 5 fields of hay on the ground to roll this weekend since it has literally flooded for forever, so everything is clicking along good Saturday afternoon until I go to let the rake down as I’m almost finished raking our
second field when pow, the main spring broke on the rake. We get on the phone and we call Hammonds to replace the spring, now understand this rake that we are using is 35 years old, wouldn’t u know it….. THEY DONT MAKE THIS SPRING anymore 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻!!!
Now remember this is a weekend right at dark, and we have a lot of hay on the ground and we are now in a bind, Mr Terry being the great fella that he is he really really helped us out big time!! Thankfully he made us a deal we couldn’t pass up on a brand new
rake that is bigger and better by far than the one we had…….. did i mention he did all of this after hours when he didn’t have to at all, and for that we are definitely thankful to you Mr Terry! With all of this being said, all of us here at the farm wanna say we really appreciate u helping keep us rolling and getting us out of binds we really appreciate it for sure. If anyone needs any hay equipment, in my opinion u cannot get any better help and customer service than u will get at Hammond Equipment, y’all go see them!!!!
